The Intercharge Network Conference in Berlin, organized by Hubject since 2012, is a gathering of the Electric Vehicle industry to share knowledge and showcase new innovations. YFK Research & Marketing was requested to assist the marketing and event team in Berlin with managing the event, which has grown into Europe’s biggest B2B eMobility Event over the years.
Hubject is a software and eMobility consultancy company that simplifies the charging of electric vehicles through its own developed eRoaming platform intercharge. The eMobility specialist based in Berlin, Germany, connects all players in the EV charging industry through their platform. The company partners with more than 920 B2B customers across 52 countries and four continents with over 400,000 charging points connected.
With its vast network of B2B partners, Hubject launched the intercharge Network Conference nine years ago. Since then, the conference grew from 50 attendees in 2012 to more than 2500 in 2021, establishing itself as the biggest B2B conference on eMobility in Europe. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company had to adapt to the new situation, launching the first hybrid conference in its series.
YFK supported Hubject’s marketing and event team with various tasks ranging from the creation and implementation of a communication plan, conference project management, speaker management, the creation and implementation of the editorial arch of the conference as well as the digital event.
The ICNC2021 reconnected the EV Charging Industry after a long COVID-related break, welcoming more than 1500 onsite attendees and 1000 online participants. The event received lots of great feedback and positive reviews from all participants. With renowned speakers from BMW Group, VW, Shell Germany and E.ON and a crisp and relevant theme, Hubject and the ICNC underlined its valuable positioning in the market.
